You have experience with Agency and/or Corporate Recruitment, are self-motivated and eager to develop your commercial and people skills. The ideal candidate should be confident, but open to direct feedback and preferably have a comprehensive understanding of the (Environmental) Commodities or Power markets. Caely Renewables (Caely) is solution driven company with a strong focus on the environment. We believe that fighting climate change is the greatest challenge of our time. We help our clients to reduce their carbon footprint and increase their sustainable energy consumption. This enables them to meet their environmental goals. We do this by actively advising and executing environmental commodity transactions. Within this young and dynamic market, Caely’s team boasts a wealth of experience and is committed to becoming the go-to knowledge leader and actor within the environmental commodity space. From our headquarters in Amsterdam, we are gearing up to expand our operations into Europe.
The corporate recruiter has to aid and assist Caely with their rapid expansion into the European renewable market. Being a start-up at the moment, the ambition is to become scale-up within the next couple of years. Your main task will be to recruite international talent for our Amsterdam and European offices. In doing so you will be responsible for the whole process, from sourcing the candidates to making the first screenings, contract negotiations and finally taking responsibility for the whole onboarding process.
Next to that, together with management, you will start building up the recruitment department into a fully operational service centre. That means growing the (social) media exposure, managing and growing the incoming applications and setting up a successful (online) marketing strategy. You will have full support from you colleagues and report directly to the management team.
